In class
The 4 fundamental techniques you'll learn in the LINYU training
Throughout the path you'll learn to know, perform and combine four different families of techniques:
Kneading and percussion
More dynamic techniques, used to work on the facial muscles, stimulate the tissues and build the most rhythmic part of the Japanese Facelift.
Effleurage and vibration
More fluid, subtle gestures, essential to create continuity in the treatment, modulate the rhythm and guide the face toward a deep sense of release.
Acupressure
Precise pressure on specific points of the face and head, woven into the ritual to work on the areas of greatest tension and enrich the quality of the treatment.
Manual facial lymphatic drainage
Slow, light, directed techniques dedicated to supporting the natural drainage of fluids and the feeling of lightness in the tissues.
But real learning isn't about performing four techniques separately. In the LINYU® method you'll learn above all when to use them, with what rhythm, with what intensity, and how to make them work together, turning them into a complete, fluid and personal ritual.

A separate course
Gua Sha PRO
A hands-on course dedicated to professional gua sha: techniques, movement and the complete protocol to add a high-ticket service to your studio.
Intensive Japanese Eye Ritual masterclass
The Art of Eye Bloom
A day dedicated to learning how to read the eye contour from a new perspective: not just age, but sleep, breath, facial tension and the way the nervous system responds to everyday stress.

Who trains you
The same hand I bring to my studio
I'm the creator of the LINYU method and founder of LINYU Academy. I deepened the tradition of Japanese facial massage through an official training path, earning its fourth level, and completed international training in Facial Gua Sha with Clive Witham (Level I and II). Since 2024 I have trained 25 students. In my courses I pass on the same manual skill and the same listening that I bring every day to my studio.

I had the pleasure of attending Nadia Zubi's course in Parma last weekend and had a wonderful time. It helped me understand and appreciate what it means to work on the face compared to the body.

I took the course with Nadia and I'm truly, deeply happy. Nadia is a truly special person, just like this course, different from any other, and that's what I loved most about it. I experienced it as an art form: precise, very elegant, and above all reflecting my own idea of wellbeing and skin care. I really appreciated that the course had few participants. I'd definitely recommend it to anyone who wants to bring a premium service to their clients.

Do I need a beautician's qualification to sign up?
No. No prior qualification or training is required: just enthusiasm and the will to learn.
Do I receive a certificate at the end of the course?
Yes: you receive a certificate of attendance for the course. For the tax setup of your own activity, I'd still recommend speaking with your accountant.
Do I need to buy machines or equipment?
No: it's an entirely manual method. You'll only need a suitable cosmetic product.
Can I gift a course?
Yes. Send me the name of who will receive it and I'll prepare the invitation, ready to deliver.
Ready to take your hands where no machine can reach?
Write to me: I'll walk you through the path, the open dates and the location that's most convenient for you.
