2. What data we collect and why

• Contact data provided voluntarily — when you write via email, phone or form to request information about rituals or Academy courses: name, email, phone and the content of your message. Purpose: responding to your request.
• Booking data — when you book a ritual through the calendar embedded on the Bookpage, your data (name, email, phone, chosen time) is collected and managed directly by Setmore, the online booking service we use, according to its own privacy policy. We don't keep copies of this data on our systems beyond what's necessary to deliver the booked service.
• Newsletter sign-up — if you subscribe through the form at the bottom of the site, your email address is stored on MailerLite, the platform we use to send our communications, until you unsubscribe.
• Minimal technical data— our hosting logs standard access data (IP address, date/time, page requested) for security and site operation purposes, for the time strictly necessary. We don't carry out profiling or advertising tracking.
• Visit statistics — to understand how many people visit the site and which pages they read we use Umami, installed on our own servers. It is an anonymous, aggregated measurement: it uses no cookies, builds no profiles and cannot identify an individual person. This data is not shared with third parties.

3. Legal basis

We process your data based on your consent (when you write voluntarily or book an appointment), the performance of pre-contractual measures requested by you (managing the appointment) and the legitimate interest in ensuring the security and correct operation of the site.

4. Who we share data with

Your data may be processed by third-party providers acting as data processors or independent controllers for the services we use:

• Setmore (online booking system), to manage appointments and the calendar.
• Google Maps, to show the studio map on the Book page.
• MailerLite, to manage the newsletter and communications to subscribers.

These services may involve a transfer of data outside the European Economic Area, carried out by the respective providers based on the safeguards required by law (e.g. standard contractual clauses).

5. Data retention

We keep contact data for the time necessary to respond to the request and, if a professional relationship begins, for the duration required by tax and civil law obligations.

6. Your rights

You can request access, rectification, erasure or restriction of the processing of your data, object to processing or request its portability, at any time, by writing to info@nadiazubi.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority, Garante per la Protezione dei Dati Personali (www.garanteprivacy.it).

This notice may be updated to reflect changes to the services used by the site or to applicable law.
